Harry is the owner of Economy Printing Sign & Banner/Halkars Engraving.
Harry has been in the chamber since 1985. He has served as President, Vice President & Director. He is Co-chairman for the Fisherman's Breakfast. He retired 2 years ago from Rotary after 34 years of service. He volunteered for Fremont County Search & Rescue for 28 years. Harry is a Veteran too.
